Fan Experience

We have created the “world-class” fan experience. No need to worry about additional costs for this fantastic interactive event. Jets Fan Experience.

The Jets Legends will be posted on the website (subject to change).

We will have scheduled events throughout the cruise where you can interact and meet the Legends. Undoubtedly, you will see the Legends on and off the ship throughout the day. We ask you to respect them and allow them their privacy.

Due to the limited amount of time scheduled for each autograph session we only permit one (1) item to be signed per Legend. Part of your Jets Fan Cruise Experience will include a gift bag with an 8×11 Legend bio to be signed by the Legend during your cruise. Fans may bring one item to be signed in replacement of the 8×11 bio if they choose. Only 1 item can be signed by the Legends. No exceptions will be made.

We will schedule an autograph session where you will have time to take pictures with the Legends. However, we ask that guests respect the privacy of the Legends when not participating in scheduled Jets Fan Cruise activities.

Approximately 60-90 days before departure of the Jets Fan Cruise, all guests will receive access to the fan cruise event app which will provide information pertaining to the fan cruise event schedule. Once onboard, a detailed agenda/itinerary will also be provided.

The Jets Fan Cruise Package is an enhanced Jets Fan Cruise plus Carnival cruise combined experience. According to our Guidelines and Pricing Contract with Carnival Cruise Lines, all guests are required to pay the same rate for participation, regardless of age.

Carnival Cruise Lines requires infants be six (6) month of age or older on the day of boarding to sail on a Carnival cruise. Carnival Cruise Line’s policy (As of 2/1/25) also dictates that guests under the age of 21 MUST travel with a relative or guardian of 25 years of age or older at the time of boarding.

In the event Guest cancels their Jets Fan Cruise for any reason, previously submitted Guest payments will be refunded based on the following cancelation schedule:

Travel Documentation & Regulations

A valid passport (not expiring within 6 months of return) is highly recommended for ALL guests, regardless of age. 

*Note: Passport cards, Real IDs, or any other form of documentation other than what is listed above may not be used. Visit https://travel.state.gov/content/travel.html for complete details on the documents required to board the ship.

When traveling with children other than your own, you must present a notarized letter signed by the child’s parents granting guardianship and permission for their child to travel out of the country with you. The same applies if you share custody of the child/children, the parent not traveling must provide a notarized letter granting permission for the traveling parent to take the child/children out of the country. General Information

We will coordinate special theme nights, and details for attire will be communicated to the guests. No shorts or bathing suits are permitted in the dining room after 5 pm. 

Carnival Cruise Line’s team of Accessibility Coordinators have experience in furthering Carnival Cruise Line’s mission to provide a safe and accessible cruise experience for all guests with special requirements, to the best of our ability and feasible extent.

 

The Accessibility Coordinators will contact you prior to your cruise as soon as we receive your Carnival Cruise Lines Accessibility & Medical Questionnaire so that we can try to viably meet your needs and expectations. Onboard, the Carnival Cruise Lines Access Officer will be the primary person managing all of your special needs. Carnival Cruise Lines Accessibility Assistance.

For guests who cannot walk on their own, a wheelchair, scooter or walker may be the primary mobility assistance aid for getting on and off the ship. Carnival Cruise Lines has a limited supply of wheelchairs onboard. In order to accommodate our guests, Carnival Cruise Lines wheelchairs are reserved exclusively for embarkation and disembarkation situations. If you will require regular use of a wheelchair, we strongly recommend that you bring your own wheelchair with you or make rental arrangements with Scootaround. The limited supply of wheelchairs onboard is available for emergency rental arrangements and are on a first come first serve basis. Guests with special medical diets and/or food allergies should contact the Access Desk to discuss the Carnival Cruise Lines policies and procedures concerning special diets and your specific allergies prior to your cruise. Because the vessels are supplied all over the world, it may be easier to meet your specific food allergy requirements in some countries, but very difficult in others. Special dietary requests should be submitted at least 45 days prior to sailing. Any requests inside 45 days cannot be guaranteed. We can arrange to have no sugar and low sodium meals for guests with those specific medical dietary restrictions upon request. Refrigerators are available upon request for storing insulin.

 

The ship has a limited supply of extension cords, Sharps containers and distilled water to assist guests with medical needs.

Yes, each ship has a fully licensed doctor and nurses onboard. In addition, the onboard medical facilities are staffed and have equipment established by the American College of Emergency Physicians Cruise Ship & Maritime Medicine Section. 

 

Services received from the medical team will incur charges to your shipboard account. They do not accept medical insurance onboard as payment; however, you should file a claim with the travel protection insurance carrier.
Carnival Cruise Lines welcomes our pregnant guests on board, provided you have not entered the 24th week of pregnancy when the cruise ends. Should you be 24 weeks, you will not be permitted to sail. The onboard medical facility is not equipped with an Obstetrician/Gynecologist onboard or equipment needed for prenatal care.
