How It Works

1. Choose Flex Pay at Checkout
Add your cruise reservation to the cart as usual. When you’re ready to book, select Flex Pay as your payment method.
2. Fast Application
Provide a few quick details and receive a decision in seconds.
3. Pay Monthly After Booking
If approved, complete your reservation and make fixed monthly payments over time. No need to pay in full before you sail.
 
Note: Flex Pay is a third-party provider. The Jets Fan Cruise does not manage your payment plan and cannot make changes to it. For support, contact Flex Pay at (844) 257-5400.

What is Flex Pay?

Flex Pay gives you a way to book your trip now and break the total cost into monthly payments. Some plans include interest; others may be interest-free depending on your eligibility. Just select Flex Pay at checkout, complete a short application, and pick a plan that fits your budget.

After selecting your cabin, choose Flex Pay during checkout. You’ll need to provide your mobile number, date of birth, and — if you’re a U.S. resident — your Social Security Number. If approved, finish making your booking and you’re all set!

Your plan options are based on credit history, purchase amount, and other eligibility factors reviewed by Flex Pay.

No — Flex Pay is only available when booking online at checkout.

Visit upgrade.com/pay to make a payment or enable AutoPay. You can also update your payment method and manage your account settings there. AutoPay is recommended for ease and consistency.

Yes. As long as you’re approved and your plan is in good standing, you can join the cruise and continue making monthly payments based on your selected repayment schedule.

No. Flex Pay is tied to the primary guest who books the cabin. Only one application is allowed per reservation, and that guest is financially responsible for the full cost of the cabin.

The Jets Fan Cruise team cannot modify your Flex Pay plan.

Refunds follow the Jets Fan Cruise cancellation policy. You are still responsible for your Flex Pay agreement even if you cancel a non-refundable reservation. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
