Eligibility. The 2026 Jets Fan Cruise Alumni Group Photo Offer (the “Offer”) is open to all guests from booked stateroom who wish to participate (hereafter, the “Eligible Participants”). Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Seaside Events, Inc. (“Sponsor”), New York Jets LLC, the NFL Entities (defined below), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, supplies, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter, collectively, “Released Parties”), and each such individual’s immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate.

Offer Period. Participation in the Offer is valid from Wednesday, October 1, 2025, until Sunday, November 30, 2025 (the “Offer Period”).

How to Participate. Eligible Participants will be able to participate in the Offer by either (i) providing a non-refundable deposit in the of $100 per person or (ii) paying their cabin in full during the Offer Period (the “Eligible Purchase”).

Incentive. With each Eligible Purchase, Eligible Participants shall receive one (1) group photo per booked stateroom featuring all guests from the stateroom who wish to participate, along with a the New York Jets Legend attending the 2026 Jets Fan Cruise. Each individual guest in the stateroom will receive one (1) printed copy of the group photo. Timing and location of the Offer session will be communicated to all guests prior to disembarking.

Miscellaneous. The Offer is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer or these terms and conditions. Either while or in part, with or without notice. The Offer is available during the Offer Period and participation in the Offer must occur at the scheduled time in order to receive the Offer. The Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrants for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury, damage to entrants or any other person or entity, including without limitation, personal injury or death to participants or any other person or entity, including without limitation, personal  injury or death to participant or any other person or entity or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse, or participation in the Offer.

NFL Disclaimer. The National Football League, their member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions, LLC, NFL International, LLC, NFL Players Association, NFL Players Incorporated, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, representatives, and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Offer or any prize awarded.
